Working on an integrated cross-functional team frequently requires the participants to be aligned to a singular set of processes in order to ensure efficiency and smooth execution of projects. With an ongoing slate of seminars with corresponding electronic invitations (e-mail) being produced, it was imperative to standardize the design and content process.

Once a new e-mail template was created I developed several guides for other team members to follow when sending requests through the production pipeline. These guides helped to unify the team workflow and significantly reduced the inefficiencies of the ad-hoc system previously deployed. I subsequently developed similar guides for a variety of frequently deployed marketing collateral including online media and offline print media.
